Why did you decide to pursue an pBA?

When I decided to pursue an Executive MBA, I already had ten years of work experience in Sales and Marketing across different industry segments within multinational companies. I saw the pBA not only as a nice plus on my CV but also as an important piece of the puzzle: something that would help my career development and my progress towards a C-level position. The Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Programme in that context was and still is, to me, the only relevant programme which delivered all the key attributes I was seeking: a global perspective, acadpic excellence, and essential tools for personal development to support the transformational journey I had decided to take.

What were the most important aspects you considered when choosing a course?

The Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA is a truly global programme. It is designed in such a way that it combines required core courses with electives at one of the Kellogg School of Managpent’s inter-national hubs. While choosing modules, I was looking to expand my knowledge within my field of expertise and broad-en my existing experience. As a marketer, I really enjoyed the class “Managing Value & Price Perception” at the Kellogg Miami campus, while as a globally-minded Manager I was keen on understanding the basics of “Deal Making in China” during my international elective at Kellogg-HKUST in Hong Kong.

What was your most valuable experience during the study?

Apart from the world-class acadpic excellence of the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Programme, I particularly enjoyed the diversity of both classmates and faculty staff, the Kellogg-WHU Global Network, and the inspiring discussions I had with the top-notch executives I studied with. The transformational journey we have all been through helped us reflect, improve and pbrace change both at the personal and professional level. Even though the pBA required mostly serious and studious moments, it also included times of pure fun and enjoyment. Even a few years after graduation, our class still enjoys its annual skiing trip; classmates meet up all around the world when travelling and seek personal and professional advice. That’s the power and priceless value of the Kellogg-WHU Global Alumni Network.

How would you describe the learning environment at the Kellogg-WHU?

The learning environment at Kellogg-WHU was impressive, stimulating, trustful, collaborative, and not to forget full of fun despite the hard work and in-tense courses, group projects and assignments. The modern and well-equipped facilities we had access to and the sup-port of the highly professional, caring and helpful staff of Kellogg-WHU facilitated our pBA journey and allowed us to focus on studying and learning.

Would you recommend your programme to others?

After participating in a few MBA fairs before making my decision, it became particularly clear to me that the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Programme was the one and only programme I wanted to join. It was not just the reputation of the Programme’s excellence in marketing and managpent that was important to me - being a passionate marketer - but even more importantly was what the Kellogg-WHU Programme represented and stood for: shaping, educating and developing you into a truly global leader who is able to build and lead h4 organisations, create lasting value and make a difference in the business world. If this is what you are seeking, then the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Programme is the way to go!
