The Pan-European Executive MBA is a truly international, innovative programme designed for today's managers and business professionals who need to improve their skills and knowledge for professional, career and personal development. On completion participants are awarded two MBA degrees from two leading universities from Europe: a top British university, the University of York (Νο 147 in the world – Times Higher Education (THE) 2024) and a prestigious French university, the University of Strasbourg (18 Nobel Prize Winners). The programme offers six specialisations (MBA in General Management, MBA in Marketing, MBA in Finance, MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, MBA in Health Care Management, and MBA in Human Resource Management).
The Personal Career and Leadership Coaching Programme
Each Executive MBA student has a personal coach with whom he or she will have a number of personal meetings to assess their current personality type; set type development goals to be achieved by the student; and reflect on goals achieved.

Three Study Trips in York (UK), Strasbourg (France), Thessaloniki (Greece)
MBA participants from all cities attend joint classes during three exciting Study Trips. A truly international educational experience with invaluable networking opportunities.
One weekend per month
The lectures are held in three-day sessions, which take place one weekend a month (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Students may choose to attend a unit in another city where the Executive MBA is delivered, so that they may expand their study experience and networking.
Face-to-face or Online delivery mode
Students may choose between the Face-to-face delivery mode (Executive Mode) or the Online delivery mode (Blended synchronous online delivery plus study trips).

Additional awarding qualifications
In addition to the dual MBA degree from the University of York and the University of Strasbourg, graduates may additionally obtain the L7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice of CMI, as well as the AMBA Certificate from the Association of MBAs.
